?? Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 (DOE) + uncapped bonus potential
?? Location: 3rd Floor, Tyler’s House, Tylers Ave, Southend-on-Sea SS1 2BB
?? Driving Requirement: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential
�? Hybrid Working: 4 days in the office and 1 days working from home (after induction)
?? Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
�? Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays per annum
What is the role?
Reed Southend is looking for a Permanents Recruitment Consultant to join their established team. The role will focus on permanent recruitment in the Engineering market. This is a warm desk so you will be able to hit the ground running, whilst also growing and developing this desk further for yourself.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Client Development: Build strong partnerships with clients by understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored permanent recruitment solutions.
*Talent Attraction: Source and engage high-quality candidates for permanent placements. This includes writing compelling job adverts, proactive headhunting, networking, and leveraging social media to maintain a robust candidate pool.
*Desk Growth: Expand your portfolio by onboarding clients, ensuring a steady flow of permanent placements and maximising revenue opportunities.
