Residential Conveyancer – Solihull
Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Residential Conveyancing professional to join its Solihull office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly, collaborative firm offering flexibility, strong support and a competitive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to post-completion
Handle:
*Residential sales and purchases
*Remortgages and equity release transactions
*Freehold and leasehold title checks
*Transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers
*Provide support and training to Conveyancing Assistants within the department
*Develop and maintain client relationships within the local area
*Cross-refer clients to other departments where appropriate
*Ensure compliance with CQS Protocols
About You:
*Qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer)
*Proven experience managing a residential property caseload
*Strong local knowledge of the Solihull area
*High standards of professionalism, care and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
Additional Responsibilities:
*Provide cover for other offices within the firm when required
*Maintain positive and professional working relationships with partners and colleagues
*Adhere to firm policies, procedures and performance standards
*Deliver work to the high standard expected of a professional legal practitioner
