?? Location: 3rd Floor, Tyler’s House, Tylers Ave, Southend-on-Sea SS1 2BB
?? Driving Requirement: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential
�? Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home (after induction)
?? Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
�? Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays per annum

Reed Southend is looking for a Temporaries Recruitment Consultant to join their established team. The role will focus on temporary recruitment in the Industrial market.

*Client Development: Build strong partnerships with clients by understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored temporary recruitment solutions.
*Talent Attraction: Source and engage high-quality candidates and support staff for temporary assignments. This includes writing compelling job adverts, proactive headhunting, networking, and leveraging social media to maintain a robust candidate pool.
*Desk Growth: Expand your portfolio by onboarding clients, ensuring a steady flow of temporary placements and maximising revenue opportunities.
