Job Description:
An international direct-to-consumer organisation is seeking a Leadership Programme Coordinator to support the delivery and ongoing success of a structured leadership development and incentive programme.
GERMAN/ENGLISH - HYBRID WORKING
Key Responsibilities*Coordinate day-to-day operations of a leadership development programme
*Manage programme website content, reporting and participant data
*Process applications, sponsorship approvals and enrolment audits
*Support participant engagement via phone, email and online communications
*Coordinate training sessions, webinars and mandatory calls
*Support leadership events, conventions and recognition activities
*Track participant progress, standings and incentive awards
*Prepare reports, presentations and programme updates
*Collaborate with IT and internal teams to ensure accurate systems and reporting
*Proactively identify opportunities to improve programme processes and engagement
Skills & Experience*Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
*Fluent in English and German
*Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, online platforms)
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities may vary in line with business needs.
