Office Administrator
Annual Salary: c£26,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
Location: Theale, Berkshire
Job Type: Full-time
Our client is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Office Administrator to join their dynamic office team. This role is crucial for managing administrative tasks and acting as the first point of contact for clients and contractors. If you are well-organised, efficient, and thrive under pressure, this position might be perfect for you.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Serve as the first point of contact for job queries, responding to all emails and actioning as required.
*Plan and schedule works for clients, engineers, and contractors, managing your own schedule and workload.
*Allocate jobs to the in-house engineering team as well as third-party contractors.
*Liaise with clients and contractors regarding planned maintenance, ensuring all parties are updated throughout the process.
*Handle invoicing, job updates, and completion notifications to clients.
*Maintain accurate records on the internal CRM system, managing jobs from start to finish.
*Communicate with and manage demands from multiple key contacts.
*Handle incoming calls, addressing queries directly or directing calls to the appropriate contacts.
*Utilise Microsoft Outlook for all email-based communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Strong planning and prioritisation skills.
*Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
*Proficient in spoken and written English with a clear and confident phone manner.
*Good attention to detail and a positive ’can do’ attitude.
*Friendly and professional demeanour
*Previous experience in an administrative role.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office.
*Must have the right to work in the UK.
