Job Title: IFA Administrator
Location: West Sussex
Salary: Up to £36,000 (DOE)
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator or Client Services professional to join a well-established and highly personable financial planning firm based in West Sussex.
The business takes a genuinely holistic and relationship led approach to financial planning and is looking for someone who enjoys client interaction, takes pride in delivering high levels of service, and wants to be part of a collaborative, close knit team.


The Role:
*Act as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
*Handle client calls and book review meetings for Financial Planners
*Support the administration of new and existing business from start to finish
*Liaise with providers and platforms, including processing transactions
*Prepare documentation for client meetings and complete post meeting administration
*Maintain accurate client records and ensure back-office systems are kept up to date
*Support compliance and regulatory processes in line with FCA requirements
*Work closely with Financial Planners and wider support staff as part of a team focused environment


The Required Skills & Experience:
*Previous experience in an IFA administration or client services role within financial planning
*Confident, professional and personable communicator with a client focused mindset
*Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
*Ability to manage workloads effectively and work to deadlines
*Experience using Xplan beneficial but not essential
*Ability to work well independently and as part of a wider team
