Receptionist – Automotive Company
Location: Ashford, Kent
Pay Rate: £12.50 – £13.00 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Start Date: Immediate
Are you a confident and organised individual with excellent communication skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join a leading automotive company in Maidstone on a temporary basis. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
*Greeting customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
*Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department
*Managing appointment bookings and diary scheduling
*Handling general administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
*Supporting the team with ad-hoc office duties
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in reception or customer service
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Ability to work in a busy environment and manage multiple tasks
*Strong attention to detail and IT proficiency
*A professional and approachable manner
