What will your day look like?
*Coordinating school runs and making sure everything goes to plan
*Talking to councils, parents, drivers, and passenger assistants - keeping everyone in the loop
*Handling bookings and assigning vehicles
*Solving problems on the fly and keeping things calm when plans change
*Promoting safety and compliance across the board
What we’re looking for:
*Experience in transport operations or logistics
*Great communication skills and solid IT knowledge (Excel, scheduling systems)
*Someone who can multitask, stay calm under pressure, and think fast
*Reliable, punctual, and super organised
Bonus points if you know about SEN transport or have worked with cab firms, school routes, or minibus fleets.
