SEN Teaching Assistant - Specialist College - Coventry (CV4) - Full-Time - From £90 per day PAYE

Long Term Futures is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and resilient Learning Support Assistant to join a leading specialist college supporting students aged 16-25 with complex needs including Autism, physical disabilities, and multiple learning difficulties.

What You’ll Be Doing: * Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support, enabling students to fully engage with their learning
* Promoting independence both in the classroom and across college life
* Supporting differentiated and inclusive learning activities that inspire and motivate
* Assisting students’ emotional, social, and communication development to build life skills
* Collaborating closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create a seamless educational experience
Who You Are: * Experienced or enthusiastic about supporting young people with SEN, ideally in a post-16 setting (experience is a plus, but not essential)
* Patient, compassionate, and committed to nurturing student growth
* Confident communicator with excellent behaviour management skills
* Passionate about fostering student independence and personal development
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is welcomed but not required - mindset and dedication come first!
