Reception Teaching Assistant Required for School in Crawley
About the role:

Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality early years support staff to work with these schools to positively impact the progress and development of their pupils.
Your responsibilities may include:
*Supporting pupils across the Early Years curriculum
*Assisting with phonics, early literacy, and numeracy sessions
*Providing 1:1 and small group support
*Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
*Supporting class routines and children’s social and emotional development
The ideal applicant will have:
*Experience working in an Early Years or Reception class setting
*A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Supporting Teaching and Learning
