Regional Manager - Reed Ipswich & Colchester
?? Location: G4, 159 Princes Street Ground Floor, Connexions, Ipswich IP1 1QJ
?? Driving: Full UK licence + own vehicle required
�? Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home (fully office-based during induction period)
?? Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 DOE + £5,000 car allowance + uncapped bonus
?? Contract: Permanent, full-time (Mon-Fri, 37.5 hrs)
About the Role
As a Regional Manager, you’ll make a visible impact on business performance by leading from the front, setting strategy, and embedding best practice recruitment across your teams. Your focus will include:
*Business Development: Create and execute a clear business development strategy, leveraging data and insights to identify opportunities, win new business, and grow existing accounts.
*Marketing & Networking: Drive regional marketing initiatives, attend and host networking events, and promote Reed’s brand to strengthen market presence.
*Team Leadership: Provide clear direction, run effective reviews, coach managers and consultants, and ensure best practice recruitment and compliance.
*Commercial Performance: Achieve revenue and contribution targets across all locations and specialisms, ensuring collaboration and growth.
*Customer Excellence: Deliver outstanding client and candidate experiences, achieving top ratings and NPS scores.
*Strategic Planning: Analyse market trends, adapt strategies, and ensure tools and technology are fully utilised to maximise success.
