Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 + company car or car allowance

Introduction
We’re looking for experienced Site Managers to join a leading company in the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) sector. If you have a background in substation management, HV electrical work, or cabling, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a major role with long-term career development. You’ll lead on-site operations, drive safety, and ensure high-quality delivery across key power and energy projects.
What will I be doing?
As a Site Manager, you’ll:
*Lead daily site operations on substation and T&D projects
*Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
*Coordinate teams, contractors, and project activities
*Carry out site inspections and resolve issues early
*Support and develop on-site staff to deliver strong results
What do I need to succeed?
We’re looking for someone with:
*Proven experience in site management within substations, T&D, utilities, or power projects
*Understanding of cabling, HV electrical systems, or electrical construction
*SMSTS, NRSWA, and First Aid qualifications
*Confidence leading teams and making decisions under pressure
*A safety-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
