The Day to Day
*Creating, developing and maintaining client relationships while playing an active role in generating new business as the firm continues to grow
*Providing timely and sound legal support on a range of Estate Administration, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Guardianships
*Managing a varied caseload effectively and independently
*Remaining up to date about the latest developments in the field, including CPD requirements
*Drafting, reviewing and managing legal documentation
*Conducting legal research and investigating the facts on each case
*Liaising with the client and relevant parties
*Managing client expectations by adopting a proactive approach
Are you the Right Candidate?
*Around 3+ years’ existing Private Client experience in Glasgow
*Excellent people skills – confident and capable of working as part of a bigger team across multiple locations
*Strong general administrative skills
*Excellent communication and client service skills
*Calm under pressure, good organisational skills and excellent time management – with the ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines
