Account Executive
North West
A leading UK insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Account Executive / Account Director to join its established and successful North West team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven commercial insurance professional to develop and grow a portfolio of clients within a supportive, high-performing environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for generating new business, managing and developing a book of commercial clients, and delivering high-quality, compliant advice across a range of insurance products.
*Prospecting and winning new commercial clients
*Attending client meetings and networking events
*Identifying client needs and negotiating with insurers
*Presenting recommendations and closing sales
*Cross-selling and securing referrals
*Managing your portfolio against targets
*Ensuring full FCA compliance and exceptional customer service
About You
*Experience as an Account Executive or Client Director within an insurance brokerage
*Strong new business and relationship management skills
*Broad commercial insurance knowledge
*Sound understanding of FCA regulation and compliance
*Confident IT skills (Acturis desirable)
*Highly organised, accurate and client-focused
*Cert CII qualifications advantageous
