Our client is seeking a skilled Alloy Wheel Technician to join their expanding bodyshop team in a permanent role. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing top-quality alloy wheel repairs and delivering exceptional customer service in a professional setting.

*Competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum including OTE, with a £26,000 basic salary
*Working hours Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, with Saturday shifts on a rota basis

Your duties as an Alloy Wheel Technician will include:
*Carrying out repairs on standard and diamond cut alloy wheels using mobile diamond cut repair lathe equipment
*Ensuring all repairs are completed to the highest standards in line with manufacturer and company processes
*Matching alloy paint colours accurately to ensure seamless finishes
*Communicating effectively with customers to explain the work required and estimate costs, ensuring all approvals are obtained before work commences
*Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to safety regulations and procedures
The ideal candidate for this Alloy Wheel Technician role will possess:
*Previous experience in alloy wheel repairs or a similar role, such as tyre fitting with a desire to specialise further
*Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering quality workmanship
*Good understanding of paint matching and cosmetic repair techniques
*Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
*Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when required
