Employment Solicitor (2–5 Years PQE)
Location: Wolverhampton or Telford (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £40,000 – £65,000 per annum - DOE
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor with 2–5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and preferably be an Employment Tribunal (ET) specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse caseload, advising both employers and employees on complex employment matters.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of employment law, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and contractual disputes.
*Represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, including case preparation and advocacy.
*Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
*Manage a varied caseload efficiently while delivering exceptional client service.
Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years PQE in employment law.
*Strong experience in Employment Tribunal work (advocacy experience highly desirable).
*Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
