Job Description:
Our Client one of the leading Accountancy forms with offices in Central London. They are looking for a Secretary Administrator to join their Audit department supporting the team.


As a Secretary Administrator you will provide essential and comprehensive administrative and Secretarial support to the Audit team, ensuring efficient workflow, compliance and high-quality client service to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and enable auditors and executive assistants within the team to focus on internal and external client service and technical work. This role is critical for managing documentation, coordinating processes and supporting the team’s delivery of audit engagements. This role will be based out of our London office.
Core duties will include:
*Managing audit documentation and data by maintaining and updating files, preparing and proofreading reports, and ensuring timely filing and archiving.
*Coordinating processes by tracking engagement timelines, supporting billing and expense reconciliation, and assisting with timesheet management.
*Providing client and team support by handling queries, scheduling meetings and events, managing correspondence, and arranging travel.
*Ensuring compliance and quality by adherin to internal policies and regulatory standards and assisting with quality checks and document control.
*Supporting corporate responsibility by assisting with initiatives, events, and reporting, and promoting sustainability and ethical practices.

*Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with document management systems.
*Previous experience in an administrative or team assistant role within professional services or an accounting/audit environment.
*Familiarity with audit processes and terminology is advantageous but not essential.
