Robert Half is working on behalf of a well-established manufacturing client based in Haverhill, who is looking to recruit a Process Operative to support ongoing production requirements.
This is a temporary position offering competitive hourly rates and the opportunity to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Role * Working on the production line to meet daily output targets
* Operating machinery and equipment in line with health & safety standards
* Carrying out quality checks to ensure product consistency
* Supporting the wider production team as required
Shift Pattern You will work on a 3-weekly rotating shift pattern:
* 6:00am - 2:00pm
* 2:00pm - 10:00pm
* 10:00pm - 6:00am
About You * Previous manufacturing or production experience is essential
* Comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
What’s on Offer * £16-£19 per hour, depending on experience
* Immediate start available, with January starts also considered
