Day-to-day of the role:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging science lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
*Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic development.
*Foster a positive learning environment that stimulates curiosity and enthusiasm for learning among students.
*Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate science activities and school events.
*Utilise various teaching resources and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
*Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Science.
*Experience teaching science at secondary school level.
*Strong understanding of the science curriculum and current educational practices.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to engage and inspire students.
*Commitment to professional development and maintaining high teaching standards.
