Role: Residential Property Assistant
Location: Bradford or Huddersfield, West Yorkshire
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid
We are working with a well-established law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join its residential conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and supportive practice that is known for delivering a high-quality, client-focused service.
The role can be based in one of two West Yorkshire office locations, with hybrid working available.
The Role
This position plays a key role in supporting a busy residential conveyancing team. The successful candidate will assist lawyers with a range of administrative and client-facing tasks, including:

Opening and closing files and maintaining accurate case records
*
Processing correspondence and managing case documentation
*
Using online portals such as the Land Registry, lender platforms and related systems
*
Supporting the day-to-day progression of conveyancing matters
*
Acting as a point of contact for clients and providing a professional, approachable service
The Candidate
We are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant with at least two years’ experience working within a residential conveyancing environment.
You will be well organised, methodical and able to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Experience using a case management system is essential (experience with P4W would be advantageous but is not mandatory).
Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach are key to succeeding in this role.
Working Arrangements
This role operates under a hybrid working model, combining office-based work with the option to work from home.
