Reed Accountancy is recruiting a qualified and commercially sharp Financial Controller to join a high-performing team. You’ll work directly with the Managing Director, influencing key decisions and driving operational excellence across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:
*Strategic financial leadership alongside the MD
*Budgeting, forecasting, and insightful reporting
*Operational finance: cashflow, VAT, payroll, reconciliations
*Commercial partnering to drive profitability
*Leading and developing a high-performing finance team
What You’ll Bring:
*ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification
*Proven experience in manufacturing (stock costing essential)
*Strong analytical and commercial acumen
*Advanced Excel and systems knowledge
*Detail-driven, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
