Our key client in Barnsley has an urgent requirement for a Temporary Administrator to start immediately. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced, supportive environment where your organisational skills and attention to detail will make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Handling incoming customer calls and emails
*Responding to queries regarding orders
*Completing booking forms and scheduling appointments
*Updating and maintaining accurate customer details
*Supporting the team to meet tight deadlines
*Additional admin duties, as required
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience in a similar role (essential)
*Strong team player with a proactive attitude
*Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively
*Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
*Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
*Computer literate and confident using MS Office and similar systems
