Key Responsibilities
*Processing business and drafting basic suitability letters
*Booking and preparing for client reviews and meetings
*Managing and maximising business opportunities
*Maintaining and updating client records
*Supporting company compliance efforts
Requirements
*Experience in financial services administration is preferred
*Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is advantageous
*Exceptional organisational and client-focused skills
*High attention to detail
*Strong IT, numeracy, and literacy skills
*A flexible and professional approach to work
*Excellent communication skills
