*Lead and develop the SHREQ team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
*Define and implement SHREQ strategy aligned with business goals.
*Oversee compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, including ISO certifications.
*Provide expert advice on legislation, risk management, and best practices.
*Manage key processes including fleet, insurance, waste, and emergency preparedness.
Profile
*Proven experience in health and safety management with strategic planning skills.
*Strong leadership and communication abilities to influence at all levels.
*Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
*NEBOSH qualification and knowledge of ISO standards.
*Ability to inspire and mentor a team to exceed performance goals.
Job Offer
