Electrical Installation Lecturer*Annual Salary: £40.000 - £50.000

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer to join our Further Education team in Walthamstow. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and develop the next generation of electricians by delivering high-quality teaching and learning across a range of electrical installation courses.
Day-to-day of the role:*Deliver engaging and effective lessons in electrical installation at Levels 1–3.
*Prepare and assess student work in line with awarding body requirements.
*Support learners to achieve their full potential through tailored teaching and guidance.
*Contribute to curriculum development and maintain up-to-date industry knowledge.
*Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all practical sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:*Recognised qualification in Electrical Installation (Level 3 or above).
*Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one.
*Industry experience within electrical installation.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
*Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners.
