A well-established law firm in Carlisle is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join its growing Property team.

The Role:
You will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:
*Sales and purchases (freehold & leasehold)
*Remortgages
*Transfers of equity
*New build transactions
*Shared ownership and Help to Buy
*Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors throughout the process
What We’re Looking For:
*Experienced Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or highly experienced Fee Earner)
*Strong technical knowledge across all residential property matters
*Ability to manage files independently with confidence
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*A proactive, organised approach and strong attention to detail
