Technical Business Development/ Telemarketing Executive
Sector: Printed Circuit Board & PCB Assembly Sales
Location: Office/Remote/Hybrid
Hours: Full time
Salary: (Up to £35,000 DOE) + commission
SF Recruitment are looking for a driven, confident, and inquisitive telemarketer to help our client grow their PCB & PCBA business. If you enjoy being on the phone, opening doors, and turning conversations into new opportunities, this is a role where you can truly make an impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reaching out to potential clients across the electronics sector, OEMs, design houses and contract electronics manufacturers.
- Sparking conversations, uncovering opportunities, and introducing our PCB & PCBA service solutions.
- Generating enquiries and building a pipeline of warm, qualified prospects through outbound calling and follow-up whilst maintaining our CRM system.
- Guiding leads through the early sales journey working closely with the BDM, from first contact to quote coordination.
- Partnering with our technical and commercial teams to ensure prospects get fast, accurate information.
- Keeping a close eye on industry trends so you can speak the language of our customers and stay ahead of the competition.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in PCB manufacturing, PCBA, contract electronics manufacturing, or electronics distribution.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people and thrives in a phone-first business development role.
- Strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to quickly build rapport.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset, comfortable managing a fast-moving sales pipeline.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales workflows.
