Description
AP Specialist responsibilities:
*Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing and payment runs.
*Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the accounting system.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and payments.
*Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
*Support the preparation of financial reports and audits as required.
*Handle supplier queries and build strong professional relationships.
*Continuously seek opportunities to improve accounts payable processes.
Profile
A successful AP Specialist should have:
*Proven experience in accounts payable within the Accounting & Finance sector.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Offer
AP Specialist:
*Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 per annum
