Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be supporting a leading global manufacturing business based in Sheffield as they look to appoint a Logistics and Compliance Co-Ordinator. This is a pivotal role at the heart of international operations, ensuring export and import activities run smoothly, compliantly, and on time.

As Logistics and Compliance Co-Ordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless global shipments. You’ll be responsible for coordinating transport, managing documentation, supporting customs processes, and keeping customers informed every step of the way.
Your work will directly impact delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance across global markets.
Key Responsibilities as a Logistics and Compliance Co-Ordinator
*Arrange and manage transport for export customers, ensuring on-time delivery
*Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners across all transport modes
*Provide clear and timely shipment updates to customers
*Prepare, issue, and maintain accurate export and import documentation
*Support customs clearance processes and provide import instructions
*Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve on-time despatch
*Ensure compliance with relevant CDM and customs requirements
Skills & Competencies
*Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
*Able to manage deadlines, prioritise effectively, and take a proactive, team-focused approach
*Proficient in Microsoft Office with a solid understanding of compliance and documentation
*Proven experience in export/import or international logistics across all transport modes
*Confident handling customs documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements
*Manufacturing experience and additional European languages are advantageous but not essential
