Job Description:
Regional Sales Specialist – Healthcare (DI)
Profectus Recruitment is partnering with a leading healthcare services organisation to recruit a UKI Sales Specialist specialising in Diagnostic Imaging services. This is a permanent, home based role with extensive travel across the Midlands and North of England.
The Role
Reporting to a senior business leader, you will lead sales activity across diagnostic imaging services, with a strong focus on managed and maintenance services. The role blends commercial ownership with technical and clinical expertise, working closely with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales of diagnostic imaging services across the UK and Ireland
• Understand customer requirements and shape tailored service offerings
• Support the development and continuous improvement of service lines
• Manage effective handover of new services to operational teams
• Contribute to sales opportunity resourcing decisions
• Review and sign off customer proposals, bids and quotations
Key Accountabilities
• Deliver annual revenue targets for diagnostic imaging services
• Develop and maintain modality specific sales and marketing materials
• Provide technical and commercial support across managed services, maintenance, equipment sales and rentals
• Maintain strong market and competitor knowledge
• Support bids, contract variations, implementation and go live
Performance Measures
• Achievement of revenue targets
• Bid and quotation success rates
• Continuous improvement of service offerings, pricing and sales materials
• Effective collaboration with operational teams
Skills and Experience
• Proven success in healthcare solutions sales
• Circa five years customer facing commercial experience within the UK healthcare sector
• Experience preparing complex bids and commercial proposals
• Strong contracting knowledge and written communication skills
• Confident stakeholder presentation skills
Additional Information
• Home based role with very frequent UK travel
• Enhanced DBS disclosure required
