Projects & Procurement Administrator
Location: Amersham
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum
Hours: 40 per week | Permanent, Full-Time
Holiday: 26 days per annum

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Projects & Procurement Administrator to support the projects and procurement teams. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes across departments, offering excellent career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
*Generate purchase orders and procure equipment for projects
*Check goods in and assign equipment to projects
*Liaise between sales, projects, service, and finance teams
*Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups
*Support project managers with documentation and updates
*Maintain supplier databases, price lists, and project plans
*Organise meeting minutes, contracts, and correspondence
*Manage version control and ensure compliance with documentation standards
*Organise engineers’ diaries and liaise with clients for onsite works
*Compile health and safety/project-related documentation
Skills & Experience:
*Previous experience in a project or procurement administrative role
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills
*Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook
*Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and GDPR compliance
*Must be a car driver due to location
