Junior Financial PlannerLocation: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive basic + bonus

The OpportunityWe are looking for a motivated Junior Financial Planner to join our growing London-based team. This is a rare opportunity for an adviser who wants to step into a role with an existing client book of circa £2 million AUM from day one, alongside guaranteed new business leads from 2026.
You will be supported by an experienced team, robust systems, and a clear pathway for long-term career progression.
The Role*Take over and manage an existing client bank (c. £2m AUM)
*Deliver holistic, compliant financial advice to a range of private clients
*Conduct client reviews and build long-term relationships
*Develop new business from firm-provided leads (from 2026 onward)
*Work closely with paraplanners and administrators to deliver high-quality client outcomes
*Maintain high standards of FCA compliance and client care
About You*1–2 years’ experience in a financial advice role
*CAS authorised
*CF30 approved
*Strong client-facing and communication skills
*Ambitious, professional, and keen to develop as a long-term adviser
*Comfortable managing an existing client book while growing new relationships
