Your Role
*Lead and mentor a growing tax team
*Deliver complex advisory projects from start to finish
*Provide technical expertise on reorganisations, property structuring, and shareholder exits
*Review personal tax work and ensure accuracy across reports
*Manage workloads and run weekly team updates
*Act as the main point of contact for clients
*Monitor budgets and drive efficiencies
*Keep up to date with changing tax legislation
*Support business development and identify new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
*ACA / ACCA / CTA / ATT qualified with 3–5+ years’ post-qualified experience
*Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
*Excellent communicator who thrives under pressure
*Previous UK practice experience is essential
