Role Overview As the caretaker, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the premises. Your responsibilities will include:
*Maintaining the security and safety of the site.
*Carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance tasks.
*Managing cleaning schedules and ensuring high standards of hygiene.
*Monitoring heating, lighting, and other facilities.
*Supporting with deliveries and site access for contractors.
*Responding promptly to any site-related issues.
Requirements *Previous experience in a similar role (education setting preferred).
*Practical skills for basic repairs and maintenance.
*Strong awareness of health and safety regulations.
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
*Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
