A high-end residential property management opportunity in Prime Central London We are recruiting an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee an exclusive, high-value residential portfolio across Prime Central London.
The role offers responsibility for a carefully curated portfolio with planned growth over the next 12 months. This position suits a detail-oriented professional who values quality of service over volume and is confident managing relationships with discerning landlords and tenants.
You will operate as the sole manager for the portfolio, working closely with internal teams while delivering a highly personalised, professional service.
The Role *Manage a portfolio of prime and super-prime residential properties
*Deliver an exceptional, tailored service to landlords and tenants
*Conduct property inspections and attend meetings in person when required
*Oversee maintenance and improvement works with trusted contractors
*Ensure full compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements
*Maintain accurate records and high operational standards
*Collaborate across internal departments and office locations
*Support the ongoing growth of the managed portfolio
What We’re Looking For *ARLA qualified (essential)
*Proven experience managing Prime Central London or luxury residential properties
*Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
*Professional, calm, and confident communication style
*Experience working with high-net-worth clients
*Strong understanding of compliance and best practice
*Proactive, polished, and service-led approach
