The Opportunity:
This role is ideally suited to an experienced Family Law Solicitor holding Child Panel Accreditation, with an existing caseload, following, or strong referral network. You will become part of a supportive and expanding team that provides high-quality advice and representation in complex and sensitive family law matters, particularly cases involving children.
The Role
You will:
*Manage a caseload of public law children matters and other complex family cases
*Provide expert advice and representation to vulnerable clients under legal aid
*Work collaboratively within a small, specialist team with national reach
*Contribute to the continued growth and development of the Family department
*Engage with clients in a compassionate, professional and supportive manner
*Support business development activities and maintain professional relationships

About You:
You will:
*Be a Child Panel Accredited Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE
*Have an established following, active caseload, or strong referral network
*Be well regarded within the family law community for your professionalism and integrity
*Demonstrate excellent client care and a collaborative team-focused approach
*Be motivated by making a positive impact, not solely financial reward
*Be keen to play a key role within a growing specialist legal aid team
