I am recruiting an Operations Assistant, for a busy team in Poole/Bournemouth where you will be integral to their import and export processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance. This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in logistics.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Documentation Management: Prepare and manage import/export documentation according to regulations.
*Shipping Process Coordination: Oversee the shipping process from booking to delivery, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize routes.
*Customer Support: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain communication with clients.
*Logistics Coordination: Assist in managing logistics activities and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
*Compliance: Stay updated on trade regulations and ensure adherence in shipment handling.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Fluency in Spanish or French is a bonus.
*Experience in logistics or a related field.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
