Property Manager
?? Docklands, London
?? Salary: up to £31,000 (depending on experience)
?? Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
?? Start date: January 2026
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a growing residential property management team, overseeing a portfolio of approximately 120 units. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to customer service and compliance.
The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential properties, acting as the key point of contact for landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing tenant check-ins and check-outs
*Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure service levels are met in line with agreed SLAs
*Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors and developer aftercare teams
*Working closely with the Renewals Consultant on tenancy renewals
*Ensuring all properties meet health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
*Managing tenancy deposits, including liaising with TDS and Reposit
*Supporting arrears management in collaboration with the accounts team
*Processing eviction requests in line with legal requirements
*Preparing Section 21 and Section 8 notices and other legislative documentation when required
*Managing utilities and related invoices where necessary (HIUs, energy, water, council tax, etc.)
About You *Minimum 12-18 months’ experience in a similar property management role
*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Highly organised with strong prioritisation and time-management abilities
*Reliable timekeeping and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
