Recruitment Solutions (NW) Limited are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our clients’ busy finance team in a varied credit control focused role, supporting cash flow and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
*Support the credit control function with day to day administration and management of a shared inbox
*Assess customer credit risk and ensure appropriate credit limits are set and maintained
*Proactively manage overdue accounts and follow up outstanding balances
*Liaise with customers to encourage timely payments and maintain positive working relationships
*Produce regular reports on receivables and aged debt for senior stakeholders
*Work closely with finance colleagues to support cash flow forecasting and minimise credit risk
What we’re looking for
*Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable is essential
*Proactive, self motivated and able to take ownership of tasks
*Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
*Good problem solving ability and attention to detail
*Strong numerical skills with a high level of accuracy
*Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
*Able to work well as part of a team and independently
*Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
