We are working with a highly regarded Top 50 UK law firm that is seeking experienced clinical Negligence Solicitors to join its nationally recognised defendant clinical negligence team in Manchester. Role Overview:
You will be responsible for managing a defendant caseload, acting on behalf of healthcare providers, NHS Trusts and insurers
The role includes:
*Handling a wide range of clinical negligence claims
*Delivering excellent client care and communication
*Supervising and mentoring junior team members
*Participating in internal business development and contributing to firm-wide initiatives
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should be:
*A Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
*Experienced in clinical negligence or defendant personal injury claims
*A team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to client service
*Willing to contribute to the broader success of the team and firm
