Child Care Solicitor
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (DOE) + benefits
Location: Derby
Employment Type: Permanent – Full-time

We’re seeking a Child Care Solicitor to join our growing Family, Care & Divorce team in Derby. You’ll handle a rewarding caseload of care proceedings, working on both fee-paying and publicly funded matters within a supportive, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage your own caseload of care-related matters
*Represent clients in court and key meetings
*Mentor and support junior colleagues
*Build strong relationships with social services and guardians
*Ensure compliance, time recording and accurate billing
