Job Description:
Role: Lead Generator / Appointment Maker
Location: Onsite

Primarily working with mid-market organisations, especially in manufacturing and industrial sectors, they are seeking a proactive Lead Generator to support their business development efforts as demand continues to grow.
The Role
This is a hands-on opportunity to generate leads and secure high-quality appointments with the right stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in driving pipeline growth and collaborate closely with the sales team to shape and execute effective outreach campaigns.
The role involves identifying and engaging companies (ideally with 250+ employees) and navigating complex B2B buying structures. This means engaging with multiple contacts, including users, decision-makers, technical gatekeepers, and influencers.
A bonus structure is in place to reward not just the volume but also the quality and relevance of the leads you generate.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Researching and identifying new target accounts in line with sector focus
*Mapping out buying committees within each organization (user, decision-maker, technical influencer, etc.)
*Making outbound calls, sending LinkedIn messages, and emails to initiate contact
*Qualifying leads and booking meetings for the sales team
*Logging activity and insights accurately in the CRM
*Contributing to weekly sales check-ins with insights on outreach and lead quality
*Over time, growing into a more client-facing role in carbon reduction and sustainability
What We’re Looking For
*Experience in lead generation or appointment setting (ideally B2B)
*Strong communication skills—written and verbal
*A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
*Ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate complex buying processes
*A genuine interest in sustainability and the environmental sector
*Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative sales team
