We are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Technical Accounting Analyst to support a time-critical finance transformation for a US listed group with international operations.
This role will play a key part in a short term assignment focused on IFRS to US GAAP conversion and external reporting.
Key Responsibilities *Support the conversion of subsidiary financial information from IFRS to US GAAP.
*Prepare detailed working papers, journals and reconciliations to support external reporting.
*Perform technical accounting analysis and prepare clear accounting memoranda.
*Identify and advise on non routine or complex transactions.
*Act as a technical accounting contact for audit queries, providing robust documentation.
*Collaborate with corporate accounting, FP&A, tax and other finance stakeholders.
Required Experience & Skills *Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
*Must be ACCA / ACA qualified.
*Experience supporting SEC reporting and audit processes.
*Excellent analytical, documentation and communication skills.
*Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver to tight deadlines.
*Preferred Experience
