Job Description:
At Adaptable Recruitment we have an Exciting Opportunity for a Sales Executive for an ever growing company in the Liverpool area.
Salary: £30,000 - Depending on experience.
Location: Liverpool - Office based - hybrid option.
Holidays: 28 days holiday plus bank.
Benefits: Performance/Profit Related Bonus.
Main Responsibilities to include:
This role requires a proactive, self-starting attitude and will, in time, involve travel to client sites, industry events, and exhibitions to support business development and deepen customer relationships
*Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
*Proactively manage high-value or complex sales
*Follow up on outstanding quotes and large-value customer leads
*Provide detailed product guidance and quote custom solutions for trade clients
*Help shape the sales pipeline and identify areas for improvement
*Maintain relationships with repeat clients and support long-term retention
*Train and support junior sales team members where required
*Work closely with marketing and purchasing teams to ensure alignment on promotions and stock
*Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or customer site visits as required
The Ideal Candidate:
*Experienced B2B or technical product sales professional
*Strong understanding of margin, discounting, and conversion strategy
*Able to explain and upsell product features with clarity
*Confident handling large-value orders and trade account queries
*Proactive and commercially focused, with a drive to spot and convert opportunities
*Willingness to travel for business development purposes
*Professional and organised with great written and verbal communication skills
