You’ll blend scrum master duties, product operations, and internal delivery, helping keep the development engine running smoothly and ensuring projects land on time.

What You’ll Do *Own product operations: backlog management, release readiness, documentation, and process optimisation.
*Act as Scrum Master for one or more squads: run ceremonies, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement.
*Translate strategic priorities into clear delivery plans and track progress.
*Coordinate small cross-team projects and internal delivery initiatives.
*Improve workflows, tooling, and ways of working as the company scales.
What We’re Looking For *A fast, structured thinker who can bring order to a fast-changing environment.
*Hands-on problem solver with strong communication and facilitation skills.
*Experience in agile/scrum, delivery management, or product operations.
*Comfortable in a hybrid setup (2–3 days in Manchester office).
