Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee externals and kitchen/bathroom works on a housing project. The successful candidate will ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supervise day-to-day site operations for externals and kitchen/bathroom installations.
*Coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications.
*Monitor health & safety standards and conduct regular site inspections.
*Manage materials and ensure timely delivery to meet project deadlines.
*Liaise with clients, residents, and project managers to resolve issues promptly.
*Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in housing projects.
*Strong knowledge of externals and kitchen/bathroom refurbishment.
*Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations.
*Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
*CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS certification preferred.

*Must have own vehicle and full UK licence
