This Senior Civil Engineer role in Liverpool offers real ownership, progression, and the chance to influence projects from day one.
We are recruiting a Senior Civil Engineer to join a well-established, growing consultancy with a strong regional presence in the North West. This Senior Civil Engineer position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading schemes, staying hands-on with design, and mentoring engineers around them.
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will deliver drainage and infrastructure projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You will take responsibility for technical delivery, client liaison, and statutory approvals, while working closely with senior leadership to support continued growth in Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities * Deliver highways and drainage designs including S278, S38, S104 and S185
* Lead projects from feasibility through planning and technical approval
* Prepare designs and reports using AutoCAD, Civil 3D and InfoDrainage
* Liaise with clients, local authorities and project stakeholders
* Support and mentor junior engineers and technicians
About You * Proven UK consultancy experience as a Senior Civil Engineer
* Strong drainage and infrastructure design background
* Confident managing projects and client relationships
* Practical, hands-on approach to design and delivery
Eligibility to Apply Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
UK consultancy experience is essential. Sponsorship is not available.
