Job Description:
Milk Education are recruiting passionate and dedicated Teachers to work across a range of Primary Schools in Darlington. We are looking for adaptable and confident educators who can deliver high quality teaching and support pupils in reaching their full potential.
You will be joining inclusive and supportive school environments with strong values such as diversity and equality. This role is suitable for both newly qualified and experienced teachers.
Teaching Responsibilities:
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
* Creating a positive and supportive learning environment
* Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching methods where needed
* Working collaboratively with support staff and school leadership
* Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Recent experience teaching in a Primary School
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Ability to deliver high quality teaching and adapt to different year groups when required
