CDM Consultant - Manchester One of the UK’s leading construction and property consultancies are currently seeking an experienced and highly capable CDM Consultant to assist in the delivery of a varied portfolio of projects. Projects predominantly across Manchester and the wider North West.
This organisation are seeking a CDM Consultant as they continue to expand and be involved in an ever growing list of large-scale, city-centre and regeneration schemes across the North West.
The CDM Consultant Role
The successful CDM Consultant will be involved in the full array of CDM and Principal Designer duties on complex projects.

Duties of the CDM Consultant to include:
· Provide CDM advisory and Principal Designer services across multiple projects.
· Manage and advise on design risk throughout the project lifecycle.
· Review pre-construction information and construction phase documentation.
· Attend client, design team and contractor meetings.
· Undertake site inspections across the North West.
