About the role:
This position is responsible for the production and baking of biscuits. Duties may include moulding, baking, chocolate processing, and depositing marshmallow, toffee, and jam.
Key responsibilities: *Review the production schedule/oven profile and the relevant recipe sheets.
*Ensure the correct recipe is selected and followed using the touchscreen system and by preparing all required ingredients.
